Very beautiful off grid property, nicely treed and level. Gorgeous views and extremely easy to get to. Drive in and set up camp. No HOA's but you can join ... club house is very active in fun runs and many other functions. Just minutes from Seligman with miles of dirt roads to explore. Come up and enjoy the cooler weather and star filled nights
I moved to Seligman about 6 years ago andabsolutely adore the off grid life style. I live off- grid solar, propane and hauled water. I love driving around showing the recreational and hunting land , the views are phenomenal ! The little town of Seligman is wonderful, people are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge of the life style (still learning) with as many people that ask.
