Extremely quite area with state land just across the street with miles of dirt roads to explore. The stars are so big you can almost touch them!! Great weekend getaway spot or build that dream cabin. Road access is decent. This community has a clubhouse that puts on many fun functions. Come up and start living the dream!
I moved to Seligman about 6 years ago andabsolutely adore the off grid life style. I live off- grid solar, propane and hauled water. I love driving around showing the recreational and hunting land , the views are phenomenal ! The little town of Seligman is wonderful, people are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge of the life style (still learning) with as many people that ask.
